Meepling Angels
Inspired by a creature from beyond time and space, from a series that defies time and space...
Stone statues should live—unless you're watching.
Scout and adventurers cautiously uncover each room as you navigate the maze toward the exit...
Goal
The game ends when at least one player is able to reach the "End Card".
Game Over Conditions
The game ends in defeat if any of the following happen:
- The players can’t reach the end card during the agreed rounds .
- All players are captured by Meepling Angels.
What Makes This Game Exciting?
This game encourages active engagement, teamwork, and strategic thinking. Each player has a role, either as an Active Player or an Other Player. Everyone contributes to survival!
PROGRESS
Rounds repeat them in the following order;
• Decide the active player (scout) and can choose 1 action:
- Open a new location (and alter it with a handcard if chosen)
- Move 1 step to an accessible previous visited location (or just stand).
Note: it also counts for the Meepling Angel.
• After the active player completed his/her action, all other players in clockwise can choose to move 1 step through a passable path way.
• The “points of interests” are handled
- First the batteries (card draw)
- Second Meepling Angels
(moving towards the active player if a "dead end" is the new location)
• New new round starts
This game might be a decade too late to the party but I recently discovered and have been enjoying the Doctor Who series. The episode 'Blink' really inspired me, as it did no doubt did for many people back in the day.
Enjoy the title and take a scary fun nostalgic trip back to a more civilized time.
